The Project
Virgin Money wanted to launch their first online pensions and investments service.
My Role
On this project I worked with Virgin Money’s in-house design team and other contractors to create hi-fidelity wireframes, user flows and click-through prototypes for user testing. I prepared files for handover to an external development agency at the conclusion of each sprint. I collaborated with product owners, financial experts, and developers to resolve complex legal, business and technology issues, ensuring the platform remained intuitive for a diverse user group.
